if you haven't already, go on over to quiltmaker's and visit the other quilty gals who have designed some fantastic blocks and have lots of giveaways going on!!!
as for me...i can hardly stand it!!!
i am so excited that i was invited to advertise and design a block for quiltmaker magazines' special "100 quilt blocks issue" , to be in stores (and at fat quarters quilt shop) on november 16th.
i got the ad in on time, but just one minor, little, itty bitty, small, minuscule detail...
i MISSED the deadline for the block submission! *ahhhh*
{i think i need to get some sleep!}
oh well, YOU still get to benefit because i've got it right here. yep. right here on my blog is the missing 101st block!!! i call it sunflower seeds.
now, because i'm not computer savvy and i have NO idea how to set it up for you to download, so leave me a comment or email me and i will not only email you a copy of the block pattern, but i will also enter you in a drawing to win your very own copy of the 100 quilt blocks issue and a $25 gift certificate to fat quarters!
just do me {2} favors.
first, be sure to leave a comment by sunday at noon
and second, be sure to include a way for me to get in touch with you if you happen to be the lucky winner!!!
happy hopping!!!
OK. So I have the pattern already and have made it (from the quilt run)-- And love it, btw. But I'd really like to win the magazine and gift certificate. So fun. I'm glad you have a blog!
